With over 50 years experience, Shires Equestrian is a household name and globally known in the horse world and is a proud possessor of a Royal Warrant. Exetail built and supported their ecommerce infrastructure on the Magento open source platform.
Renaissance Capital Partners are a venture capital organisation investing in a range of marketing automation and fintech businesses. Exetail has undertaken a number of due diligence and technical reviews on potential investments.
Shopware AG is a German Open Source ecommerce platform that is a market leader in its home DACH market. They required support in their UK market entry to drive awareness, engage partner agencies and technologies and assist with partner pitching.

The Dorchester Collection mange a collection of some of the finest hotels across the world, including the Dorchester Hotel in London.
The Dorchester Collection required a complete overhaul of their ecommerce facilities, not only to allow a visual refresh to bring their offering up to date, but also a properly integrated process that could embrace all their locations, and a new suite of digital products. Dorchester required:
Advanced multi warehouse fulfilment functionality
Custom Hotel merchandising layouts
Multi Currency facilities
Advanced payment gateway facilities to allow payments to be allotted to specific hotel merchant accounts

Lazy Susan Furniture
Lazy Susan is a family business that specialises in quality metal garden furniture, parasols and sun loungers. They are based in Portsmouth and sell their products in six countries including UK , France, Germany and Spain.
Lazy Susan wanted to refresh and update the look and feel of their current commerce site, to gain full control over promotions and wanted the ability to sell their furniture and accessories in bundled packs to customers. Furthermore, Lazy Susan wanted their new website to be mobile responsive so customers could easily view the site across devices and required integration with a third party email system to provide targeted marketing to customers. The key Lazy Susan requirements were:

Lazy Susan have really seen the difference in site performance since launching their new commerce website, they noticed fantastic increase in SEO visibility since day one and the Lazy Susan staff now have far greater control and flexibility over how they market and merchandise their products. They are now looking to improve their ERP and marketplace listing facilities.
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Blow Ltd are the hottest new thing in Beauty – 30 minute blow dry and makeovers, and the finest beauty goods available to purchase. Blow began with a location in Covent Garden and are opening additional stores at Regent Street and Shoreditch.
Blow required a full infrastructure to manage
- Appointment booking and staff rostering
- Store Point of Sale, including Credit card PDQ devices and barcode scanners
- Full service eCommerce
- Inventory and orders
- Integration to accounting (Xero)
We delivered a hybrid infrastructure consisting of Magento Enterprise eCommerce, Vend point of sale, Timely booking, WordPress CMS and Xero accounting. We installed all elements of Blow’s retail infrastructure and the build included:
